DEPOSITS

To secure your appointment, a deposit (non refundable/non transferable) of 40% for all services are due at the time of booking/pre booking OR credit card is required to be on file. No Exceptions. The deposit will secure your booking date and time. Deposit must be paid otherwise appointment WILL NOT be reserved. Please be advised, dates and scheduled appointment times will only be reserved when deposit is received. Deposit will go towards the total of your service cost. Same day cancellations will result in a forfeited deposit and a cancellation fee.

**Groupon purchasers please book your service under the tab Groupon client.

PAYMENT

The remaining balance is due on the day of appointment as one payment. Acceptable forms of payment are: Cash, Credit/Debit, Apple Pay or Cash App

LATE FEE

Please send a courtesy text if you are running late for your scheduled appointment time. Makeup Clients a late fee of $5 will be charged for every 10 mins of delay. After 20 mins of delay your appointment will be cancelled. Wax Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late for an appointment 30min or less, may result in cancellation and you will have to reschedule. Arrival 10 minutes or more past services longer than 30mins may result in a deduction in service or cancellation.

CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE POLICY

At GlamByDelia we are understanding that things happen, to avoid a cancellation fee please be mindful to cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24hrs prior to the time of your appointment. Same day cancellations will result in a 50% fee of the total service. No call/no show appointments will require FULL payment of service. Confirmation emails sent after booking will allow you to easily change/cancel appointments on your own. FAILURE TO NOTIFY ME THAT YOU WILL NOT BE ATTENDING YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT WILL RESULT IN FULL PAYMENT OF SERVICES BOOKED AND PAYMENT IN FULL AT THE TIME OF FUTURE APPOINTMENTS, AND/OR BANNED FROM BOOKING WITH GLAMBYDELIA IN THE FUTURE.
